 General Information 

Once we have registered your order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will subsequently receive an invoice by email when the purchase has been completed and this is valid as a receipt. When sending your order, we will also send an email with a link to Track & Trace so you can follow your shipment.

Should, contrary to expectations, there be discrepancies with the warehouse or errors in the price and we therefore cannot deliver, we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of (stock) errors or the like. at the order location.

When ordering a larger item, you may be contacted for a different freight payment than specified. If you have any questions about this, contact us athello@kontinue.dk

 

Security :
All purchases through www.kontinue.dk take place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket layer). We therefore have no access to your account information. Only Nets has access to your data. Your personal contact information is 100% confidential and will never be given to others.

Payment
We accept the following credit cards:  Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA/Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. You can also use mobilepay at checkout.

The amount will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT.

Complaints
All traded goods are covered by Danish sales legislation, which provides a two-year complaint period. The right of complaint does not apply to goods which are defective due to wear or damage caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. In case of complaints, errors and omissions or in case of missed deliveries, contact us as soon as possible by email: hello@kontinue.dk

Shipping
For delivery in Denmark, we offer several ways in which you can have your package delivered, as well as you can choose to pick it up in the store in Horsens. All packages are sent by insured parcel post through GLS.

Collection at our store in Horsens: At checkout at www.kontinue.dk you can choose whether you want to collect your purchase from our store in Horsens. When the purchase is ready for collection in our store, we will send an SMS to the phone number you have provided. Remember to bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting your order.
