Returned Goods
From receipt of your item, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase.
To save resources, we do not attach pre-printed return labels, but we ask you to use our return portal for your returns. We pay the return shipping, but you order and print yourself.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or item instead, please include a note in your return shipment. If we have the desired goods in stock upon receipt, we will send a new package your way immediately. If we don't have the item, we will refund your original purchase.
If you cancel a purchase, or if you exchange it for another product, we ask you to return the package in the same condition as when you received it. It is important that the product's original packaging/box/hangtags and all packaging are intact. We reserve the right to reject a package if the item's packaging is damaged and cannot be resold.
Returned goods are checked, and if the above conditions are met, the money is returned to the card used for purchase.
We do not compensate for returned packages that have been lost in the return shipment - therefore we recommend an insured shipping method with tracking which you can find via the return portal
If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any costs that may occur during return shipping + the original, unpaid freight amount.

We do not compensate for lost shipments that are not insured. And we ask you to always choose a business shipment, as we cannot offer to go to the post office.
